The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the ordering process, which made it easy for first-time visitors. I tried the chocolate ice cream with hazelnut drizzle and cookie butter crumble toppings, and it was delicious. The chocolate flavor was rich without being overly sweet, and the hazelnut drizzle paired perfectly with the crunchy cookie butter crumble. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a good dessert in San Jose!

Unfortunately, our experience fell a bit short of expectations. When we arrived, the staff seemed disengaged,earbuds in and no greetingwhich didn’t create a very welcoming first impression. The menu was also a bit confusing, and it would have been really helpful if someone had offered a quick explanation or guidance. The atmosphere felt somewhat flat as well, especially considering that at 7:30 p.m. my wife and I were the only customers inside. It has the makings of a great concept, but it feels like it hasn’t quite come together yet. That said, there were definitely positives. The food was good, the dessert in particular stood out, and the pricing felt fair for what we received. With some improvements to service and overall ambiance, this place could really shine.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really good and definitely deserves one. There are lots of options, and I ordered the Twix shake, which was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.

Food was fresh and yummy. Super cute store if you want to tak pictures or hang out super cozy inside. The customer s was very quick and attentive. Wish the prices weren't so steep we ordered 3 items and was 45$ mind you a chocolate milkshake, what i thought was a sampler pancakes but they had me pick one topping and charged me for the other. So no sorry change the picture because I might as well did build your own cuz I didn't want 20 mini pancakes all the same. As well as the Dubai chocolate strawberries. Everything was yummy I came back almost a year later. First time I went in they had nothing so happy to go in and see so many goodies this time around. If you have been and been disappointed and left with nothing like me in the past go back give them a try. Ask for them to explain exactly what comes in each order cuz I wouldn't trust the pictures and the pricing is kinda small.

Went in on a Saturday night. It was very busy but the two ladies working were doing a phenomenal job. They got the orders out in a timely manner and were very cheerful and welcoming. I got a hazelnut chocolate latte and it was delicious. My grandkids got treats that were also very tasty and The presentation was great! They had board games to play and we indulged. The music playing was very chill and we loved it. Thank you ladies for the beautiful desserts and experience ❤️
